Iris is a doll that was created as a result of my creative research.I strike the best balance between firmness and softness for certain parts of her body, so that she is soft enough to be huggable yet sturdy enough so that she can stand on her own two legs with ease, as well as sit and keep various poses.Iris also has different bodily proportions.

Marcie is a completely different doll from all the ones I have made so far and is a kind of experiment in my work. I tried to bring novelty to many aspects of her making. She has a soft chubby body and looks much more like a classic Waldorf toy than my earlier art dolls – it differs in size, proportions, way of shaping wool, connecting parts, and the eyes are embroidered in a more complex fashion.
The arms and legs are connected by wooden balls (arms) and rollers (legs).
Her head and body are needle-felted and the arms and legs are stuffed with tightly packed wool.
Marcie has two plastic teeth and wears glasses, which contributes to her charm.
